The adverge for UR1-UR4 is 28.I know this because i have the most passes for UR1-UR4 and the least passes for UR2-UR5.The Adverge for UR2-UR5 is 4. ur1-ur4 was the most efficent because for example if you use ur2-ur3 it will be more complicated because you are using the same muscles which is more difficult but if you use ur1-ur4 you use different muscles which is easier.
